Looking for NYE plans? We’ve got you covered. Join us for a night of good food, drinks, comedy and music at our 2019 New Year’s Eve Party. Make sure you book a room at the Oasis Hotel & Convention Center, so you don’t have to worry about the drive home. Hotel accommodations are $139 plus tax for NYE ticket holders only. Take advantage of our hot breakfast buffet, or sleep in thanks to the 2 p.m. check out. Consider this your official invite to a party you’ll never forget!
What:
Send the year off with a night that will go down in the books at the 2019 New Year’s Eve Party at the Oasis Hotel & Convention Center. Tickets are charged at time of purchase and may be picked up at the Oasis Hotel beginning Monday, December 17 or at the will-call desk the night of the event. Tickets must be presented at the door, and they are nonrefundable. This event sold out last year, so we encourage you to book early at 417-866-5253.
Like any good party, the schedule is subject to change, but here’s our tentative timeline:
7 p.m. Dinner for Package 2 ticket holders served
8 p.m. Doors open
8:30 p.m. Comedy show by Buzz Sutherland and Longhorn the Comedian
9:45 p.m. Musical Performance by Members Only
1 a.m. Closing time (You don’t have to go home because you can stay here!)

Package One:
$45 plus tax per person
Includes admission to the comedy show, Members Only performance, party favors, champagne toast, and our Midnight B&G bar (biscuit and gravy bar).
Package Two:
$85 plus tax per person
Includes a four-course dinner in our Paradise Ballroom. Enjoy a seafood Cocktail, our signature Oasis salad, a duet plate of beef medallions and herb chicken with Boursin cream sauce, our chef’s delicious dessert selection and wine. Music will be provided by the talented Shaun Munday!
This package also includes admission to the comedy show, Members Only performance, party favors, champagne toast, and our Midnight B&G Bar (biscuit and gravy bar)
VIP Experience:
$25 plus tax per person (in addition to the package price)
Includes preferred seating, an appetizer and two drink coupons.

Comedians
Buzz Sutherland is a comedian with a smooth blend of homespun characters. He combines his love of entertaining with his love of family and has performed on HBO’s Comic Relief, MTV’s Half Hour Comedy Hour, and has appeared with Crosby, Stills, and Nash, Three Dog Night, Joe Cocker, Bobby Vinton, Ringling Brothers, and the Harlem Globetrotters. His acts are interactive––some of the audience members actually become part of his act.
Longhorn the Comedian is an internationally renowned comedy headliner. Hailed as one of the most unique acts in comedy, Longhorn the Comedian’s sets are unique with a hilarious blend of jokes and observations from a “country boy’s” point of view. His material ranges from jokes about his kids, current events and past experiences. Longhorn’s style consists of blue-collar, mainstream and urban comedy mixed together. Longhorn has performed with some of the country’s top and best-known comedians including D.L. Hughley, Paul Mooney, Aries Spears, Tracy Morgan, Cheryl Underwood, Greg Warren, James Johan and Tommy Davidson.
Musical Guest
Members Only is a midwest 80’s tribute band playing hits of the decade that gave us the Rubik’s Cube, Top Gun and big hair. Their goal is to transform every show into an epic party. Members Only’s trademark performances merge an incredible light show with music that spans the decade featuring songs from artists like Journey, Michael Jackson, Def Leppard, Prince and Bon Jovi. Stylistically, the band plays a balance of rock and pop that emphasizes a packed dance floor. Put on your party gear, and let these masters of the 80’s remind you that the 80’s will always live on.
