We’ve all been there. Dreading going to that company event that has the same format year after year. It’s all predictable- the decor, the meal, the timeline.
It doesn’t have to be that way! Themed events are a great way to keep things fresh year after year. Moroccan Night
For a Moroccan Night themed event, guests enjoyed vibrant decor in shades of gold, blue, and purple. The festive event menu consisted of a Moroccan lentil and tomato salad, roasted Moroccan spice rubbed beef filet and lamb entree, marrakesh style cous cous, tangier stewed pepper, carrot, and onion medley, and flat bread with Moroccan spice butter. Attendees also enjoyed entertainment by a local belly dancer.
50’s Diner/ Drive In Theme
For this unique event, guests started the cocktail hour enjoying themed drinks from a 50’s style diner, appetizers including sliders and fries, and entertainment from some classic sock-hop style dancers! After the social hour, attendees moved into a different section of the room that was set like an old time drive-in. There were even some classic cars parked and ready for the dinner time movie showing!
Viva Las Vegas
We brought a taste of Vegas to Springfield for this high class event. Guests enjoyed classic show tunes during the cocktail hour, including plenty of Elvis- which was fitting because Elvis actually stayed at the Oasis in 1977! Chef Blansit created a stunning ice carving with a surprise jackpot of shrimp. Dinner entertainment was a performance including a splendid kick-line to “Viva Las Vegas.”
